Hello Sir, I need some advice on how to score top marks for F1. I am currently using the Kaplan Study Kit (2015) and the Bpp Exam Kit along the notes on OT. I am having real problems to memorise the bulk of notes of the F1. I have always the tendency to rote learn. But this time, i’m in a total mess.
When I revise the topical notes in Kaplan Study textbook, I’m still having much problem in answering the questions in the BPP Exam Kit (In my opinion, it’s basically because I don’t study the Bpp textbook).
Can you advice me whether I should study and practice the same publisher’s study textbook and exam kit?
And which one of the two books i.e. Kaplan and Bpp is more useful for a student aiming for a high mark (For the moment, I don’t work and for this reason I want top marks for the level 1)
Currently, I study the OT notes (practice test) and the 2015 Kaplan and practice the Bpp exam kit. Should I only use only the Bpp books? And lastly, how can I atleast memorise most of the f1 notes??
I would be really grateful if you could help me out with your advice and thoughts!!
ThanksFebruary 26, 2017 at 9:44 am #374296I have no views ob which of Kaplan or BPP is better. Having both exam kits is fine, but do not, study from more than one text. However, if you can’t remember the OT notes, you won’t really benefit from a large, text book.
The best advice I can gove is to practise questions and to really anayse why you get some wrong. Was there a ‘trick’ in the question, was it a,lack of knowledge, was it simply carelessness? Don’t worry about the questions you gef right: focus on those you get wrong. Try tham again after a day or so, but do not go back to the ones you had success with. That way you should gradually improve your score.
