Sir what could be the possible procedures for auditing disclosures in the financial statements?
Checking to confirm:
completeness
accuracy
unambiguity
clarity
factual
supportable
compliant
How many do you need?
Take each one from that list and build an audit procedure around it in one sentence
For example:
During the review of the disclosure note, perform audit procedures to confirm that ALL similar matters are included within the disclosure note
Without you indicating what the disclosure is about I’m not able to be more specific so have used “all similar matters” as a generalisation
