Our free lecture notes together with the free lectures that go with them are a complete free course for Paper F3 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well (including obviously an explanation of limited companies!).

There are short practice tests on each chapter of our lecture notes (linked from the main paper F3 page), but you must also buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers. They contain lots of exam standard questions for practice, and practice is vital if you are to pass the exam.
