Pg 79 example 4 – Nairobi plc, Can you please explain how we get a gain of 4 to the shareholders of Nairobi?

Sorry – there is a typing error which I will have corrected. Thank you for noticing it.
The gain should be 177 – 170 = 7 (not 4).
