certificates in FIA

Hi. why my FIA certificates doesnt appear in print my certificates button at MyAcca account, only save button that i can click. I have already completed the Foundation in Professionalism Module in 8th February. As far as i know, i can get the certificates when i completed the module but its doesnt happened. I’m already refer and emailed ACCA about this but its doesnt changed. I want to apply jobs with those certificates which is refers to papers that i have passed, without the certificates i cant do nothing .Help me
