Hi Mike, I would like to ask is there any section in company act 1965 regards role and duties company secretary?

Whatever piece of legislation it is to which you refer, it’s almost certainly the case that the company secretary’s duties are NOT prescribed

that means there is no particular section specifically mentioned what is the duties of company secretary?

The words ‘duties’ and ‘responsibilities’ don’t appear to be clearly distinguished, but I think that you’ll get the general idea
