The question asked us to evaluate the significance of the script handling system of IISA which provides provides professional qualification certification.
The answer stated that the script handling process is complex but is not of strategic importance. I don’t understand as to why its not of strategic importance because without marking the scripts a student cannot be assessed as to whether he is qualified or not?
(The question scenario is quite lengthy so if you want me to specify any area please let me know)
I agree with you. However it,is rather like ACCA which undoubtedly would see, its, exams as being of strategic importance.. ACCA keeps control of question setting and the marking of essay answers. However, it has felt it safe,to outsource the administration of electronic exams to a third party.
