Sir are there deferred tax implications on disposal of subsidiary specially if there is a gain?

I imagine that the tax implications would be current!
This is more likely a P2 topic but if it should appear in P7 your examiner will make it perfectly clear that you are / are not expected to consider the tax implications
But I have to say that it’s improbable
