Dear Sir,
Can you please explain how it calculates the change on base year( the -33%).
Measured in millions
of kgs 2001 2009 2010 Change on base year
Base yearCommercial Fleet Diesel 105·4 77·7 70·1 –33%
I am not able to get it though it seems simple.. :S
