in the AGM, the members meet with directors and auditors. suppose the members only want to meet with themselves? how do they meet?

By not talking to the directors
Otherwise it would have to involve getting the postal addresses of the other members and arranging to meet them informally
Never heard of that happening but I suppose that it could
