Per transfer to new system

Hi, I completed my PER on the old system and got it transfered, but the experience I had logged didnt transfer, is this the same for everyone? I have had to go back to a place where I used to work to try to get sign off but am being told that they cant get into the system to do it, any advice welcomed.
