is the two asset portfolio topic tested in the exam and in syllabus? which involves topics like return on portfolio etc, and whats this topic basically all about?

You are expected to know what portfolio theory is, but you cannot be asked calculations.
This is all explained in my free lecture notes, and the free lectures that go with them.
