In the Companies’ Act 06, there are some references to controls over directors. (BPP book)
For example, CA06 ref 188 says how directors’ contracts > 2 yrs to be approved by members.
The ‘references’ are too many to memorise according to the numbers appointed to them.
My question: Do I need to learn all these controls by their numbered references? They won’t come up in a question which asks:
‘Of the following, what does CA06 ref 204 refer to?’ or something. Will they?
Uh I apologise if I’ve asked the question in a confusing manner.
“They won’t come up in a question which asks:
‘Of the following, what does CA06 ref 204 refer to?’ or something. Will they?”
You’re absolutely totally correct, they will NOT come up in any format
What is this? An exam to test your appreciation of the law or a test to establish you memory capacity?
No, there will never be a question like that!
