employee : contract for service or contract of service ?
in bpp kit its says contract for service but in book it say contract of service im bit confused
October 3, 2016 at 5:14 pm #342321Contract for services is like the contract that an entity has with a local electrician that works regularly and frequently for the entity but does so under his own flag and accepts work from the entity when he has the time available. If he’s busy, he turns the entity away or asks them to wait until he’s less busy
Contract of service is what you are entitled to as an employee and you won’t have it for long if you tell your employer to just wait a bit until you finish a project and then you’ll take his instructions for the next assignment

October 5, 2016 at 7:23 am #342425But with John Moffat’s video lectures and the free course notes you should have a great chance of success
John will walk you through all the calculations and techniques – there’s nothing to be frightened about!
