Asset turnover(operating profit) 2:1
Capital employed 75%
Credit sales 1400
Cash sales 1600
Calculate ROCE and OP? How do you calculate using that ratio
The question as you have typed it makes no sense because capital employed is never simply a % (unless it says what it is a % of).
Surely there is an answer in the same book in which you found the question?
I experienced a question like this in the exam for f2 cbe that’s why I had posted it because I did not know how to answer it.
You are remembering the question wrongly.
They cannot possibly have written that the capital employed is 75%!
