Hi, asides from using the details of the case to remember specific findings pertaining to points of law, is there any other merit to knowing the case names?
It looks impressive at dinner parties when you can quote a case name as illustrative of a moot point raised in the scintillating discussion whilst enjoying your Boursin cheese
Otherwise, no. There’s no point … more’s the pity! They’re great fun and I used to love teaching F4 with al those fun cases
Thanks! Great lectures by the way, it’s a shame there’s no advanced modules on this subject.
You’re correct! But here’s an idea … why not go on to take a law degree?
Mind you, it wouldn’t be me lecturing – it would probably be some dried up old raisin that perpetuates the myth that law is b o r i n g!
