    Hello.

I look at your notes as well as the book while studying. I noticed that in book it’s written that Supreme Court is bound by itself (except in exceptional cases) and European Court of Justice, but in your notes it is written “Bound by ECJ”

So, i don’t know if there is a reason behind it, like some exceptions, or not.

    Thank you.

‘Supreme Court is bound by itself (except in exceptional cases)’

    I don’t see any inconsistency!

In exceptional situations the Supreme Court allows itself not to be bound by its previous decisions but it IS bound by the ECJ

That’s surely the same as the text book
