I’m starting read F7 Lecture note. However, I don’t understand D12, D1 etc. these kind of code. Can anyone let me know where can I find instruction for the codes.

I think you are referring to past exam questions.
In that case, D12 would December 2012 exam.
J14 would be June 2014.
