I am asking on guidance on which paper to do . I am based in uganda . F4 global variant or eng variant ? thank you.
Where do you want to be working after you have qualified as ACCA?
United Kingdom? – then English variant is your choice
Not United Kingdom – then either English or Global
There is a full suite of English variant lectures on this site whereas there is only 50% – 60% coverage of the global syllabus
Both variants have complete sets of course notes
Both variants have me at the other end of your questions and I shall get back to you whichever variant you choose

I am a ugandan , will english variant be helpful to me ? How technical are both papers , which one would you advise me to sit for as a ugandan?

Then probably Global is the one for you although I imagine that English law is probably the basis of your own Ugandan law so that would likely be more easily understood
Personally, if it were me choosing, I would select English variant because I find it many times more interesting than Global

I think that that is a good decision 🙂
Do NOT concern yourself about remembering case names – they are irrelevant for the new format F4 exam but I’ve left them in the notes and lectures because they’re good stories and they help to remember the principles of law that they established (or confirmed)
