Is one month sufficient time to Study for F7

Hello

I was intending to write the F7 on the 06/09/2016. I just wanted to ask if there is sufficient time to study if I start studying in the first week of August. Also does anyone have tips for me on how to cover the material. Should I do theory and then start questions or is it better to dive into the revision questions and refer back to the theory when needed. I see with some subjects we tend to waste a lot of time with the theory. I have the BPP learning material as well.
