Thank you for the tutorials, Practice question 19 (Renner). The question pointed out that 3.25% should be used as the official rate but in the solution 3% was used (living accommodation and loan benefit). Please I need you to shed more light on it.

Many thanks for pointing this out – it is an updating error in the question where the official rate from 2014/15 of 3.25% tax year has not been changed to the 2015/16 rate of 3%. We will update the errata sheet for this and again thank you for your feedback.
