    Dear John, there is new format exam on September 2016, may i imagine that in that exam the only way i can finish exam is using keyboard, so therefore i need to practice the keyboard typing skill, do i understand in right way?

    Not only keyboard. I believe you also need to be able use spreadsheet applications.

    Frag: Please do not answer in this forum – it is Ask the Tutor and you are not the tutor. (But please do help in the general F9 forum).

    jingdong: If you are taking the paper based exam then it will all be on paper as usual. If you are taking the computer based exam, then sections A and B are MCQ’s and answered by clicking on the correct choice of answers. For Section C (the long-form questions) you will type the answer on computer and have the ability to use a spreadsheet and a word processor as you want.

    thank you Moffat, but I had booked F9 two weeks ago, I don’t know whether I choose paper base or pc base, how can I find out?

    I would assume that it is clear from your page on MyACCA.

    (Computer based exams are only available in certain locations at the moment – you can find the list on the ACCA website. If you are in the UK then it will only be computer based if you are attending courses with certain tuition providers.)
