    HI sir John..Now a days I am preparing ACCA F2..so my every question will relate to F2..so Dont confuse..i saw your f2 lectures till time series analysis..i have a question in my mind why you called centred average is trend??can i call moving average is trend?

    No – the trend is the centred average because it is showing what the sales would be in each quarter if there were no seasonal variations.
