    Hi,

Has anyone already completed the F4 Cases table, or know where I could get a copy.

I am not sure to what you are referring when you talk about a cases table.Knowledge of principles of law established by certain cases may be required but you will almost certainly not be tested on case names and dates.

Hi Sandy – there used to be a table of cases for students to complete as they revised their law

Since the change of format of the exam from 10 x 10 mark questions to 100% multiple choice exam, the importance of case names has completely disappeared so I’ve removed the cases table

There’s no loss so far as you are concerned – it’s the principles that are of immense importance for you and case names are now completely irrelevant

I’ve left the lectures up that include the case names and the course notes are built around those cases, but I’ve left them in only because I believe that the principles are easier to remember with a story behind them

    OK?
