If r=0.65 will it be a perfect positive correlation or partial positive correlation?
Ans-Partial positive correlation.
I have a doubt is the answer correct.

The answer is most certainly correct, and I do not understand why you should have a doubt !!
I do suggest that you watch my free lectures on this.
