Hi,
May I know when to calculate these ‘ratio’?
If the question given market revenue(sector) and revenue (the particular company) with 3 to 4 years amount, so it can calculate the market share and growth. But if I want to calculate the sales growth, is this can be used together or only used to calculate the sales growth with other situation being given?
Thanks in advance.
Sales growth for the company is the % growth in revenue. You could do it over 4 years and divide by 3 to get the annual sales growth averaged out or you could do it separately for each year-to-year figure.
The sales growth for the company will result from the interaction of total market changes and market share changes.
