Sir,
In part c) the examiner’s solution says that if an investment of $6.8 had not been made net assets would have been only 10.04 million. I did not get this answer though.I got 11440 as my answer.
The net assets of N in the question = 14980+3260-1400 = 16840
If you remove the 6800 new investment then it is 16840 – 6800 = 10040
