Hi sir,

I tried to answer this question without looking at answers.

For part a to Assess the metrics i did it by Assessing each metrics given one by one based on weather they are appropriate or not to the organisation connecting it to mission and strategy then in next part i made suggestions instead of which were inappropriate or adding new if required based on SWOT within CEO’s constrains under the three heads.

When i looked at the examiners Answer it was in a completely different structure….
He broke down the strategy and aim and Evaluated based on this and broke down SWOT and evaluated.
I couldn’t mark my answer even though most point i made was in there.

Will i get marks ?
