    Hi John,

This seem’s to be a very P5 topic just wondering if it is a big focus in this paper since they had it in the December 2014 question 1…..the probability part was one of the worst questions ive seen on P4.

    Thank you

It is actually a Paper F5 topic, and not very common in P4 (although obviously it can be asked as it was in that exam).

(I assume you are aware that I have uploaded lectures working through this question in full?)

    Hi John,

I have seen your video on the question was very good…but my concern is a question like that requires a great deal of time compared to what you should give to question 1 if you didn’t’ do P5 it would be hard to work around that area…had so much going on in that little section of question 1….its like they didn’t consider the time requirement to work through that part…..longer then the rest of the question definitely.

I does take time – I agree (although it is F5, not P5).

However, remember that you are after 50% on all the questions – anything extra is a bonus 🙂
