Hope all is well
I understand that q1 is of 3 parts. 1st part is consolidation of 35 marks and 2nd part is always based on ethics 8 marks. What will be the third part of 7 marks based on?
I would imagine that the 2 parts are independent of consolidation part of 35 marks so one could attempt these two parts of 15 marks first and then go to consolidation part?

The middle bit of the question usually targets a specific accounting standard and is normally independent of the rest of the question. Therefore you’re more than welcome to attempt these parts first and it is something that I’d highly recommend.
