Kindly let me know as I am not able to find lectures on ‘The Valuation of Acquisitions and Mergers’
Thanks in advance 🙂There is no lecture. It is because all of the techniques needed are covered in the earlier lectures.
The problem in the exam is more one of approach and so I have recorded lectures working through several recent past Question 1’s. In these I discuss the approach as well as obviously working through the technical content.
