It is your personal preference which one you want to write. Which study resources you have? ENG or GLO?

If you live and / or plann to work in Uk then ENG version is preferable, if not then decide on your personal convenience.

Ubongo…I would advise you consider the following factors:
As Ehsan said if you work or intend working in the UK then the ENG variant is obviously your better choice. More to this choice, I would add that you go for the ENG especially if:

    1. You studied in a ‘Commonwealth’ country…. then you already have some knowledge of the English legal system from your academic studies.
    2. Your country is a member of the ‘Commonwealth’… then it is most likely that your legal system has its foundations in ‘Common Law’ (the English legal system), hence you will not be too unfamiliar with most of the terminologies in the ENG variant, and your acquired knowledge will be very relevant in your country.
    3. You desire having a detailed and focused knowledge on the ‘foundation’ of modern legal systems.

But if none of the above applies, and especially if you are with or intend working with an international organization, or have some specialist knowledge such as ‘Sharia Law’ then the GLO variant could suit you better.

    Hope it helps a little.

Why not download a past exam for the Malaysian variant, the English variant the global variant.

Then compare the Malaysian with the other two and see which is more similar!
