1) Which of the below statements is correct regarding criminal offence?
– guilt may be decided by a jury?
– if he is found liable a prison sentence may follow?
2) Which are the below statements is correct regarding court approval for share reduction?
– reducing liability on partly paid shares in public companies require court approval
– creditor must always be invite to state objections
3) Which two of the below statements are correct?
– Obiter dicta statement may be of persuasive authority
– Decisions are always binding on lower courts
– Ratio decidendi of case sets the precedent
