Hi, first of all apologies for the number of questions below but any help would be appreciated for the answers:

– guilt may be decided by a jury?
– if he is found liable a prison sentence may follow?2) Which are the below statements is correct regarding court approval for share reduction?
– reducing liability on partly paid shares in public companies require court approval
