I observed that examiner asks how models (eg: BSC,Pyramid) deliver coherent performance measures.
according to my knowledge i understand that these models links with strategy /mission/aims.
But when it asks HOW i feel blank. is there any framework or guideline i could use to answer this HOW for any model? or on” what perspectives i should think ” to answer this how.

I don’t think there is a universal answer to ‘HOW’. I suggest you look at what the models measure (the headings, if you like) then explain (or construct a story!) how you think these fit together.
So, BSC: innovation keeps you carrying out your activities well and strives for improvement; internal business measures what you are doing that is important; customer perspective is how well your customers like what you are doing and this leads to good results.
