Hi /Sir,
Answer test q4.
NBV, end of yr 2003 is 52K-30K=22K
Proceeds 30K (What is 30K proceeds-is it cash?)
less NBV (22K)

The answers to all of the questions are in the notes (see the contents page).
And yes, proceeds is the cash received on sale (have you watched the free lectures that go with the notes?).
