Dear pls help me out, I’m kinda stuck in this
An extract from a company’s financial postion is given.
issued ordinary share capital 250
issued preference shares 180
profit and loss account 320
share premium account 125
8% loan notes 100
What are the ordinary shareholders’ funds?
250 + 320 + 125 = 695
I want to ask what is shareholders fund mean?
Money belonging to ordinary shareholders.
So sir it mean, that how dividend much paid?
But what has that to do with your original question? I do not understand what you are asking now.
