    Hi mike,
First of all, a big thank u for your time and great efforts.
I’m going to attempt P1 in june,

1)I’d like to know whether handwriting really bothers the examiner? I think mine is readable, but I don’t think it’s something that will make him happy

    2) I’m a full time student and I’ve just started studying p1. Will one month suffice if i put in enough time to go through the lectures and past papers

No 1 – if you really, in future, wish to guarantee a response from me, put your post on the Ask ACCA Tutor page!

No 2 – of course it bothers the examiner …. and it should bother you too! There are 4 professional marks in this exam and you’re in danger of throwing those away as a minimum! If a marker cannot read your answer, how can you expect the marker to award you full credit?

How have you managed to reach the age you are without someone berating you and insisting that you improve your hand-writing?

No 3 – full time student? What else has demands on your time? Badminton? Family, Old relatives? Cricket? Friends?

Only you can tell how much time you have available (or rather, how much you’re willing to invest)

Yes, it can be done in a month – it HAS in the past been done in a month. But there are many out there re-doing the exam for the nth time and have spent substantially longer that a month. And still they can’t pass!
