It’s probably me but I can’t see lectures for chapters 1&2. They start from Chapter 3. is that right?

You’re right – it is you. You say that you can’t see any lectures for chapters 1 and 2. That’s correct, you can’t because they don’t exist.
We have to leave you with some self-studying!
There are not always lectures to accompany every chapter of the notes on opentuition.That’s probably the case in this instance.I would use the notes given and if you have any problems or questions just ask on this forum or the ask the tutor forum.

I’ve got another little problem. It’s probably me again. I’ve printed out the notes and I am watching videos but I’m struggling with cases. I understand that I don’t need to remember their names for a test now so I’m not worrying about that. Cases help to understand and remember everything. When I watch videos I take notes of every single case (what it is about) so when I read the notes again later on it’s easier for me to understand law. It’s time consuming to write everything down (men & girlfriend are living together,men’s brother is wanted by police ….).It would have been good to have a list of them with details so I can print them out and read them whenever/wherever I can/want. is there anywhere I can get them? I suspect, no.

There is so little demand for cases nowadays that we have removed the list that used to be at the end of the course notes.
It wouldn’t really have helped you beyond listing the names – the details that you would want were missing from the list anyway
