RESPECTED TUTOR,
I HAVE SO MUCH CONFUSION IN GETTING A GRIP ON IAS 19 ,,,WOULD YOU PLEASE SUMMARISE THIS IAS 19 IN EASY WAY .
ITS TREATMENT ,RECOGNITION AND MEASUREMENT.
I HAVE BEEN A SELF STUDY STUDENT FOR ACCA .ACTUALLY I HAVE PASSED PAPER P2 A YEAR AGO ,I NEED THE GENERAL POINTS TO HELP ME IN WRITING P7 ANSWERS REGARDING THIS IAS (IF SCENARIOS HAS SUCH POINT OF EMPLOYEE BENEFITS) AS P2 KNOWLEDGE IS VERY MUCH RELEVANT.

Hi,
If I were you then I’d firstly look at the P2 course notes to refresh yourself about IAS 19. It hasn’t changed since you passed P2 a year ago. Once you’ve done that then I’ll happily answer any specific questions that you may have.
I can’t just recap the whole of an accounting standard for you on the forum, you have to do some work yourself first.

i realize that i was probably asking for ready made job done for me ( but it is not intentional ) so .i am sorry .actually whenever i start through it i get confused from where to get a grip ,,sometimes i get lost and think i m short of information but from p2 open tuition course notes i would definitely go about it and be specific regarding p7 formats considering this standard .
