In consolidation,if we do not write double entry instead just performa to follow is it enough to pass and get full marks by only presenting performa and workings without double entries like cr dr

No need to write debits and credits. I believe that it helps where you find that you have run out of time – if you put debits and credits in (or simply indicate adjustments by way of up- and down-arrows, that could save you from losing a mark).
But, taken to extremes, if you can write out an answer that is completely correct without even a single working, then you should score full marks.
