I read on ACCA website that all communication to the students will be via the MyACCA “portal”. It also mentioned that students who have completed F1-F3 and professional module and who get a certificate of achievement or Diploma in Accounting and Business will be able to download their certificates from My ACCA.
This leaves me with the below questions:
1) Does ACCA also mail you the HARD COPIES of certificates?
2) Does ACCA send you anything (welcome pack, letters, etc) in the mail once one is accepted as a student?

All diplomas are available online to view, they used to mail but not any longer but I guess if you specially request them they can deliver you by post but it has charges. There is really no difference if you print it by yourself or request them to print and send it to you.
No welcome pack letters are given to students, once you become member of ACCA then they will send you welcome pack.
Regards
