In Dec 2014 paper question 1(a), how do i calculate the market share and market growth ?

Road transport:
Market share 2013 = Roam revenue/industry revenue = 575/2050 = 28%
Market growth 2009 – 2013 = (2050 – 2000)2000 = 50/2000 = 2.5%
Similarly for other businesses etc.
