Please explain these bullets points from notes
Conditions:
There must be consistency in the workforce.
Cessation Of Learning Effect
When machine efficiency restricts any further improvement
Physical processes (e.g. drying).

This is covered in the lectures, but briefly
If the workforce keeps changing, learnigng is not really achieved.
If the machine won’t go faster the production time won’t shorten
It the glue has to set you have to wait.
