Hi,.
I don’t understand why the answer given stated:
” the existing data take no account of inputs such as raw materials”.

I read text book BPP main areas of measurement :
1) Input (raw material,product etc)
2) Process
3) Output and customer satisfaction.

3 is determined by 1 and 2.

Based on the information given, current performance is measured by category of reason for return of goods. In this case , which areas of measurement referring to ? is process(2) , not input (1)??
