There are common performance management systems such as the balanced score card, the performance pyramid, the performance prism and the building blocks that companies are using today…
I understand that each tool has its own advantages and disadvantages and one fills the gap of the other, but open another gap…but I am wondering if any of these tools is prefered to the others and how. Is there also a possibility for a company to use two or more of these tools at a time and can we recommend same in the exam?
thank you,
The examiner has always specified which to use.
There is no particular reason why more than one could not be used by a company, but in practice that might be rather time-consuming for them for little incremental return.
Thank you Gromit!!
