I have my exam in two days for f3 and I have an issue with understanding how they put their questions ? And the last test I did on open tution I got a 33% but I believe I can do it incase for this two days I keep re reading my notes? Is that possible cause I want to attain 60% in my paper on Saturday

I don’t know why you say 60% – anything over 50% is a pass 🙂
If you have already watched all of our lectures, then the most important thing you can do is practice – you must practice all of the questions in your Revision Kit.
