what would be the shape of the graph fixed cost per unit against units produced? Is it a downwards curve or straight line?
It would be a parabolic downward sloping curve.
This is dealt with in the free lecture on cost classification and behaviour.
Our free lectures are a complete course for Paper F2 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
thanks sir at my crash course it was taught to me that is a downward straight line
Well you were taught wrongly – it is certainly not a straight line! 🙂
anyways sir thank you for clarifying my doubt
You are welcome 🙂
