plz guide me where are the lectures of valuation of acquisition and merger i mean in which Chapter no they are give ?
i am reading BBP so arrangement and chapter title are different.There are no lectures on acquisitions and mergers, because although it is an important topic the techniques needed are covered in the other lectures.
The problem is more one of approach which is why I have recorded several lectures working through past exam questions on this (it is often a large part of a question 1).
