Hi Mr Mike…Regarding the case about Advertising Company, Will remedy be different in two situations…
1.If they had sued him immediately, they would’ve only got profit (let’s say $50)..
2.Like they carried on, they got whole revenue (the cost ,100,+the profit,$50)….That would have been entirely up to MacGregor whether to carry on or not. If he had sued immediately and asked for the profit, would the breacher have said “Yes, ok, here’s the profit that you are going to lose” or would he have said “Get lost – I’m not paying you anything”
