What did the court decide about the Vanfuard case?
Did the customer have to pay profit or the cost incurred in order to sell another Vanguard?

So they sold the car to another customer and received the money from him ,which gives them the same profit if they had sold the car to him.
Yes, but it took them 3 months to re-sell that car – that was clearly a lost profit for them
